There are times when I wish I'd left this God forsaken island a long time ago, but I shouldn't complain because I'm lucky enough to have a good job. Others had no choice but to go. Our country may be fucked but at least I'm not far from my family and friends. This song is dedicated to all the Irish living in far off lands and missing their loved ones on this Saint Bridget's Day. Slainte.
